Five steps to apply for an LJMU international scholarship

1. Submit a current English Language Test Score as part of your LJMU course application (unless you are exempt under for example UK Visas and Immigration guidelines).
2. Complete an additional application form in order to be considered for International Scholarships. Scholarship applications will only be accepted after you have applied using an official course application form either via UCAS for undergraduate students or via our online application form.
3. Use your unique student LJMU applicant ID number for the scholarship application form, those forms without this ID will not be accepted.
4. Be sure to provide as much detail as you can about yourself, your ambitions for the future and what you hope to achieve while you are at LJMU. Include information about paid or voluntary work experience and how you plan to use your LJMU qualification and experience once you return home.
5. A panel will review your application and make a decision on whether you will be awarded this financial support.
Before applying for a scholarship you need to consider that these scholarships only offer full and partial discount on tuition fees. You will still need to self-finance the balance of your tuition fee (if applicable), your accommodation, daily living and travel costs while you are in the UK.
A postgraduate scholarship application will be considered for both the LJMU Roscoe International Scholarship and the Developing Global Citizens Postgraduate Scholarship.
