These are the University of Westminster’s most competitive undergraduate scholarships, as each year hundreds of bright students from around the world apply. The nearest deadline for applications is on May 3, 2016

1. Full Scholarship
Westminster Full International Scholarships
• Amount: Full tuition fee award, accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London
• Eligibility: You must be an international student from a developing country and hold an offer of a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. For the list of developing countries please see Appendix B.
• Criteria: Academic excellence, financial need and development potential
• Number available: 1
2. Full Tuition Fee
Westminter Full Fee Scholarships
• Amount: 100 per cent tuition fee only award, per academic year for maximum of three academic years
• Eligibility: You must be an international student and hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. The scholarship will be renewed each year subject to satisfactory academic performance.
• Criteria: Academic excellence and financial need
3. Half Tuition Fee
Diplomatic Scholarships
• Amount: Half (50 per cent) tuition fee award
• Eligibility: You must be a child or spouse of a diplomatic staff member currently stationed in the UK and from a developing country. You must hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. In addition to your scholarship application form, you must provide a letter from your embassy or high commission verifying that you are a child or spouse of a diplomatic staff member stationed in the UK, and that your government is not offering a contribution toward your tuition fees. The scholarship will be renewed each year subject to satisfactory academic performance.
• Criteria: Academic excellence and financial need.
• Number available: 4
Westminster 175 Half Fee Scholarships
• Amount: 50 per cent tuition fee award OR part tuition fee award (£3,500) per academic year for a maximum of three academic years.
• Eligibility: You must be an international student from one of the countries listed in Appendix F and hold an offer of a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. The scholarship will be renewed each academic year subject to satisfactory academic performance.
• Criteria: Academic excellence and financial need.
• Number available: 5
Westminster Half Fee Scholarships
• Amount: 50 per cent tuition fee award, per academic year for a maximum of three academic years
• Eligibility: You must be an international student and hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. The scholarship will be renewed each year subject to satisfactory academic performance
• Criteria: Academic excellence and financial need.
• Number available: 3
4. Part Tuition Fee
Designing Cities Bursaries
• Amount: £2,000 award, as cash for living expenses or towards tuition fees for the first year only of studies. The bursary will be paid in two instalments during the first year.
• Eligibility: You must hold an offer for a full-time BA Designing Cities course at the University.
• Criteria: Academic excellence and financial need.
• Number available: 10
Westminster International Partnership Part Fee Scholarships
• Amount: £3,500 tuition fee award.
• Eligibility: You must be an international student from one of the countries listed in appendix F and hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. The scholarship will be renewed each year subject to satisfactory academic performance.
• Criteria: Academic excellence.
Westminster Partial Fee Scholarships
• Amount: £3,000 tuition fee award.
• Eligibility: You must be an international student and hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at the University. The scholarship will be renewed each year subject to satisfactory academic performance.
• Criteria: Academic excellence and financial need.
• Number available: 6+

For our purposes, the term ‘developing’ includes middle income countries.
